All patients at the practice have a named GP. Your GP is responsible for the coordination of your health care and services. When you register at the practice you will be told which GP's list you have been put on and you will be asked to see this GP when attending the medical centre. If you do not know which GPs list you are on then please ask at reception or ring in.

Nurse Practitioners
Teresa North-Lewis
Teresa has a BSc Hons in Special Community Healthcare Nursing. She has been a full-time nurse since 1978 and has nursing experience in A&E, triage, cancer care, ear, nose and throat conditions, eye care, paediatrics and geriatrics as well as general and district nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner Teresa is part of the ON THE DAY TEAM and has been prescribing since 2003. |
Sarah Westley-Thomas
Sarah trained at University Hospital in London and became a community nurse in 1989. She spent many years as a District Nursing Sister and Practice Nurse and qualified with BSc (Hons) as a Nurse Practitioner in 2001. She has special interests in respiratory medicine including asthma and COPD. |

Bridget joined the practice in November 2015. |
Jane Wason
Jane joined the practice in November 2016. Prior to this she was Community Matron serving the Holsworthy area. |

RGN, Dip Asthma Care. HOLSWORTHY. Jane is our Senior Nurse and is a part of the practice’s management team. She leads our team of practice nurses providing medical services including holding surgeries. Jane's specialities are Asthma, Diabetes and Travel Health. |
Hannah Daniel
RGN Dip Prof Studies in Nursing. HOLSWORTHY. Hannah provides general medical care. She has worked as a practice nurse since 1999 prior to which she worked in general surgery at NDDH. She is involved in running the Coronary Heart Disease clinic. She also has an interest in leg ulcer and wound management. |
