We offer some early appointments with doctors at our Holsworthy site, and at both sites for nurses, should you require them. Please ask at reception for availability.

Phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6pm at Stratton and 8am to 6pm at Holsworthy and then calls divert to emergency lines. Reception is staffed in the evenings until 6.30pm although doors will be closed at 6pm. At Holsworthy we are open on Thursday evenings to 8pm, and on alternate Saturdays 9-12.30, for pre-bookable Improved Access appointments only. Whilst we are running Covid vaccination clinics we will be restricting the number of Improved Access appointments on Saturdays.

We are not open on Bank Holidays and the phone lines remain closed. We are sorry to any disruption to our services, but will endeavour to maintain our services as much as possible during these times. For any urgent enquiries please call 111, for emergencies call 999, and if an issue can wait until we are re-opened please use our online consultation services where we will process with your request within 3 working days.

COVID 19 - our opening hours for calls have not changed. Although our doors are physically closed, we are very much still open for patients who need to be seen. You will be offered a call from a member of our clinical team to advise. For non-urgent conditions and admin queries, sick note requests etc. please use our online consultation services.
