PATIENT ON-LINE (HOLSWORTHY PATIENTS)
As with Patient Access, Patient On-Line lets you use the online services of our Holsworthy practice. This includes arranging appointments, repeat medication, secure messages, medical record and updating your details. You can book an appointment online by using the following link.
You will need to be registered for both on-line services. Please bring ID with you to do this so that we can verify your identity. For patient confidentiality reasons we are only able to give this on-line details to the patient to whom they belong unless proxy access consents are in place. Please ask at reception about this.
To ensure the highest levels of continuity of care you will be offered appointments with your regular doctor for anything other than emergencies. Every patient at Holsworthy and Stratton are allocated a named GP. If you do not know who you GP is please ask.
Ring our main switchboard number on (01409) 253692 (HOLSWORTHY) or 01288 352133 (STRATTON) to book an appointment with your regular doctor, the Emergency Team (consisting of Nurse Practitioners, Minor Injury Nurses and GPs) or a Practice Nurse.
If your regular doctor is not available and you require an emergency appointment you will be offered an appointment with either our Emergency Team (if it is a condition of sudden on-set or an existing condition that has got worse) or another doctor. Telephone consultations can be booked as well as face-to-face appointments.
Should you wish to see a doctor other than your regular doctor for a specific problem, please state this at the time of booking.
We offer pre-booked appointments, up to two months in advance.
Early Morning Appointments
We also offer early morning appointments for those patients who cannot attend the practice in normal working hours starting at 7.40am..
Telephone Advice Appointments
Telephone advice appointments are available with a doctor or nurse. Please request a telephone appointment and you will be given a time when the doctor or nurse will call you on the telephone number you have given. If you are using a mobile phone please keep your phone on and make sure you have a strong signal.
